Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind, due to the limited nature of our products. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly make it right.

Eligibility

To request a return, contact us at providethepeople2005@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging with tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide shipping instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged or incorrect, get in touch right away so we can help.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Perishables or personal care products

EU Customers

If you are in the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of delivery, even for change of mind. Items must meet the same return conditions.

Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days, contact us.
